Meet the Chief of Operations
Camarie Rogers serves as the Chief of Operations for Center for Fatherless Youth Development “CFFYD”, where she oversees organizational strategy, operations, program development, and community partnerships. She is a strategic nonprofit executive with experience in organizational leadership, grant development, fundraising, governance, and operational management across both the public and private sectors. As the founder and principal of multiple ventures, Camarie has led multimillion-dollar real estate acquisitions, secured grant funding for community initiatives, and cultivated partnerships that strengthen long-term organizational growth and impact.
A proud wife, mother of five, and hobby homesteader, Camarie brings both professional expertise and personal conviction to the organization's mission. Her lifelong desire has always been to become a "mother of many," a calling that continues to shape her passion for serving fatherless and disadvantaged youth. She enjoys cooking from scratch, traveling with her family, and, as a certified Master Herbalist, exploring natural approaches to health and wellness.
Camarie is a former U.S. Coast Guard service member and holds a Master of Business Administration from Longwood University, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Hampton University, and a Professional Certificate in Nonprofit Executive Management from Georgetown University. She is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling to further equip herself to serve children and adolescents through The Center's programs and future residential development initiatives. She is committed to building sustainable systems, expanding opportunities for youth, and strengthening communities through compassionate leadership and service.
