When Communities Work Together, Youth Rise.
Center for Fatherless Youth Development “CFFYD” formerly Global Works Trust, is established as a collective of researchers, philanthropists, and industry leaders committed to driving meaningful and sustainable community development, specifically among youth being raised without fathers.
MISSION: To equip fatherless and opportunity youth with the relationships, resources, and opportunities they need to heal, lead, and thrive through a comprehensive continuum of care that builds stronger families and communities.
VISION: We envision communities where no young person is limited by fatherlessness because every child is surrounded by caring relationships, meaningful opportunities, and a community committed to helping them heal, lead, and thrive.
Jonathan and Camarie Rogers founded the Center for Fatherless Youth Development (CFFYD) from a simple belief: every child deserves someone who believes in them. As husband and wife, they've spent years serving their community and walking alongside young people whose lives have been shaped by the absence of a father. Those experiences made it clear that fatherlessness affects families, and it impacts entire communities. They hope to create opportunities that help young people discover their worth, build confidence, and realize their potential. Whether they're mentoring youth, building partnerships, or serving their community, Jonathan and Camarie remain committed to one purpose: helping ensure that no child has to walk their journey alone.
