The Career Pathways & Resource Expo connects young adults ages 18–24 with the people, programs, and resources that can help them move toward employment, education, financial stability, and long-term success.

Hosted by the Center for Fatherless Youth Development (CFFYD) in partnership with StandUp For Kids, this Virginia Beach career expo is designed for young adults who are ready to take meaningful steps toward changing their lives but may need additional guidance, connections, and community support.

Participants will have an opportunity to meet local employers, colleges, trade schools, apprenticeship providers, workforce-development professionals, and community organizations—all in one supportive environment.
